On May 26, 2003, the Kozai Group co-sponsored a symposium for human resource directors with Toyo Keizai Shinbum on the theme of global compentency development. The conference hall at Toyo Kezai Shinbum in Tokyo was packed to capacity with HR executives. All the Kozai Partners presented seminars on various factors associated with global competency assessment and development.
