Participant Pay Options
There are now two options for distributing assessments through the MindGarden platform where the participants pay. These are designed to meet your needs whether you want to manage the process or prefer a more streamlined approach.
Option 1: Admin Account
Ideal for professors who want to oversee the assessment process while allowing students to pay individually. Here’s what you’ll receive:
- Professor Admin Account: Gain access to manage your campaign and view results.
- Aggregate Report: Get comprehensive insights into your students’ performance.
- Voucher Code: Simplify the routing of students into your campaign.
How It Works:
- Reach out to MindGarden to set up the individual account and campaign for $300.
- You’ll receive login instructions and a one-click ordering link to distribute to your students.
- When students click the link, the correct product is automatically added to their shopping cart, and the voucher code is applied.
- After payment, students create an account and access the survey. Upon completion, they can view their individual report.
- You’ll receive an email notification each time a student completes the survey and can access all individual reports, aggregate data, and the data file from your admin account.

Option 2: Campus Bookstore
This option allows you to place a bulk order for assessments through your campus bookstore, taking advantage of educational discounts without the $300 admin fee.
How It Works:
- You order the assessments in bulk through the campus bookstore.
- Students pay the bookstore individually for access, and the bookstore will provide a group/class URL once payment is confirmed.
- As the administrator, you will send out the email to participants. The dashboard will display a campaign-specific link where participants enter their email addresses.
- Only those email addresses pre-loaded into the campaign will have access to complete the assessment. The link includes “rsvp,” ensuring secure access for authorized participants.
